Hello! My name is Caitlin, aries, cat mom of 2, diy enthusiast!

I have been a creative person my entire life! Starting way back as a kid and my obsession with cardboard boxes and their ability to be transformed into anything my imagination could think of. Growing up I would stuff my back pack with tape, paper, string, really anything I could get my hands on to try and see what I could make on the ride before school. I was always 5/5 for creativity on assignments and I always wanted to be an Artist when I grew up. The only trouble was I could never land on what "Artist" meant to me. I loved to sing, act, paint, build, film, bake, and I'm not joking when I say I have tried to make a job out of all those hobbies at one point or another. The problem was once I set on creating a passion into a business my spark would die. The 2 years I spent blissfully painting that was now a requirement? Inspiration GONE. Then one day I had a realization, that as much as I love being a creative, I also loved collecting creative things! I spend just as much time, if not more, organizing and fonding over my craft supplies then I did actually making anything. I could spend hours finding better solutions to display and organize my collection of craft supplies, i loved it! Then it hit me, what I really want is to own my own craft store! A place where creativity never dies and there always someting new and fun to learn. Right now this dream is just an online store. But one day I hope to expand to my own real location, where I can host craft nights, and build a community of people who just want to have more fun and make more things!

So why Trash Panda Goods?

Trash Pandas (raccoons) havea special place in my heart. I think we (humans) share alot of common characteristics with trash pandas. We both are living in this giant world just trying to get by. We get into mischief, we love snacks and trinkets, and we are fricken CUTIES!

So here I am, starting small but strong! Not worrying about perfection because I'm just a Trash Panda and perfection isn't my worry. Its about having fun, being kind, and doing the dang thing!

Now go make something, be a little weirder, and make this world a little more fun to be in.
