Once an order is dropped off at the post office its no longer in our control. If there are any shipping issues please contact Canada Post.

Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. I am unable to offer refunds or changes once an order has been placed- including for incorrect addresses.

Do you ship worldwide? Unfortunaly not at this time! We are new and very small so right now we are just shipping to Canada and the United States until we figure things out. Thank you for your understanding!
